Summary

This position will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of Talent Acquisition Strategy to support the business growth and goals through a proactive approach to building talent pipeline. This includes developing Market analysis to support talent strategy globally, creating and updating Dashboards, analyzing Recruiting and Branding tools to enhance our Talent Attraction and Candidate Experience. Recruiting for Key Roles within the organization will also be an important component of this role, as will eventually be to implement some aspects of the Talent Management strategy/program globally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in HR (just about any industry), with experience within a high-performing company, in Talent Management / Acquisition-focused roles.

  • Strong experience as a Sourcer / Recruiter, with deep knowledge of how to bring the best Talent into the organization

  • Experience as a Change Agent, bringing in discipline and a performance orientation

  • Knowledge of Succession Planning, Talent Development Programs is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Self-starter attitude; someone who can tackle an assignment by being resourceful, taking initiative, and managing through ambiguity positively

  • High level of maturity, include ability to maintain (and keep confidential) highly sensitive information

  • Creative mindset, with the ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
